The Christmas events organised by Wendover Parish Council represent an extremely popular annual community celebration. They include an inordinate amount of planning and due to the uncertainty around the pandemic during the winter period, the council took the difficult decision to cancel them for 2020. Whilst there will be no formal switching on of the lights, they will still be displayed around the High Street, on the Clock Tower and on the Manor Waste Christmas Tree, to ensure a degree of Christmas cheer... despite COVID-19!
