Residents in Wendover should be aware of a short but important lane closure taking place on Thursday, 4 December 2025 , as HS2 contractors carry out safety-driven improvements on Rocky Lane. Why the Closure Is Happening A recent safety audit identified the need for an additional permanent road sign  between Rocky Lane and Chesham Lane.
