Help Protect Walnut Tree Meadow and Barlow Wood

Major Grants Applications Now Open – Deadline 10 February 2026

Hampden Pond Works
You may see some works at the pond as we look to measures that will try and maintain a steady pond level. This will allow the ongoing development of marginal plants and improve water quality. It allows the Council to consider re-stocking with fish and offer the pond as a water source heat pump for St Mary's Church. The works will require some management of access to the pond but this will be temporary and when completed will have no impact on the space. Sadly, a recent tree
