Apply for a stall at Wendover’s Christmas Celebration 2026

 

Applications are now open for stalls at Wendover’s Christmas Celebration and Light Switch On, taking place on Saturday 28 November, from 5pm - 8pm.

​

The celebration will be held on the Manor Waste area outside Sweeney’s, bringing festive shopping, food and drink to the High Street.

​

Stall applications

 

We welcome applications from local makers, retailers, charities and businesses offering Christmas gifts, crafts and other suitable products.

​

• Standard stall pitch: 3m x 3m

• Pitch fee: £20

• Please bring your own table, gazebo and suitable weights.

• Hot takeaway food cannot be sold from a standard stall.

Food stall applications

 

Food and catering traders are also invited to apply. Instead of a pitch fee, successful catering stalls will be asked to donate 10% of their takings on the night to Wendover Parish Council’s chosen charity.

​

Please include details of what you intend to provide, your pitch size and any power requirements in your application.

Before you apply

 

All applications will be reviewed by the event organisers. Successful applicants will need current public liability insurance, appropriate certificates and a risk assessment for their stall. Stalls should be self-powered or use battery-powered lighting where possible.

​

The event area will be lit, but stallholders are advised to bring their own additional lighting. Festive decorations are very welcome.

​

Application deadline

 

Please return your completed application form by Friday 16 October 2026. Applicants will be contacted with a decision by Monday 19 October 2026.
