Join us for a glass of wine and an update on progress of HS2 and ongoing concerns and issues
The event will feature talks on the progress of HS2 in this area, information boards from HS2 and the opportunity to ask questions or give suggestions as to what we should focus our efforts on to mitigate the impacts for the community.
It starts at 7pm and will have all the latest updates from HS2 including progress of the green tunnel, changes to the A413 compound entrance and latest noise modelling based on the new trains. We will also have visuals from the HS2 contractor EKFB on how it will look after the land has been restored and is no longer a construction site.
We expect the meeting to last about 90 minutes but based on experience this will depend on questions and comments and we also have group tables that you can attend after the main presentation with more details on issues.
Wine/soft drinks and nibbles will be available.
