A message from EKFB:
In a further update to my email on Friday, the A413 London Road will no longer be closed on tonight (Monday 20 March) or tomorrow but will close on Wednesday 22 March from 8.30pm top 5.30am when these works should be completed. The emergency services have been made aware, we will escort their vehicles through the works should this be required.
Please find attached an advanced works notice advising of forthcoming overnight closures of the A413 London Road, London Road and Wendover Bypass together with overnight lane closures of Nash Lee Road and Nash Lee Lane.
These works will commence on Monday 3rd April at 8.30pm when the road will close and they will reopen at (or before) 5.30am each morning, the works will continue each night through to 7th April. The details are contained in the attached notice.
The current works on the A413 London Road will continue this evening with a full closure from 8.30pm, the road will remain open on Saturday night and Sunday night. Due to the cold temperatures last week we were unable to undertake the concrete pours we needed to construct safety barriers adjacent to the carriageway. This means we will need to continue the overnight closures next week from Monday 20th to Wednesday 22nd March, we apologise for this inconvenience.
