Healthwatch and Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust are running on Thursday 12th November 2020 at 5pm.
The event has been organised for patients who need surgery during this COVID-19 pandemic and their relatives/carers. You will find out how the hospitals in Bucks are managing their waiting lists and how they are keeping patients safe during surgery.
The session will be presented by a team which includes Ophthalmology (eyes) and Orthopaedic (joints and bones) surgeons, physiotherapists and other key members of the surgical team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust.
The event will be held over Zoom or with telephone access to the event if someone does not have access to the internet.

BHT is open during the lockdown. Yes we have made changes to the way we are operating to keep our patients and staff safe. Yes, we have had to make changes to our facilities but we are still open and we want to ensure our patients are seen and treated during this pandemic.
