The event is going to be a Picnic in the Park - similar to the Jubilee celebrations last year, with opportunities for local organisations and charities to have a stall for fundraising opportunities.

The Big Lunch Project will be running on Sunday 7th May, Monday 8th May is the Big Help Out, a Bank Holiday focussing on volunteering.
