Proud of Bucks Awards are back again – a fantastic opportunity for our Community Boards to celebrate the amazing volunteers and community groups in Buckinghamshire!
Whether you want to celebrate your book club leader, know of a young person helping others in their spare time, or want to shine a light on a community group that you value, nominate them now.
The awards aim to recognise and celebrate the people who have made a positive impact on their local area during 2022. There are three award categories:
Young Community Champion (under 21)
Local Community Champion
Community Group Contribution
Members of the public are invited to submit nominations for the volunteers and groups they feel deserve to be recognised for their outstanding efforts and for going the extra mile. We’re particularly keen to receive nominations for Young Community Champions as we know these amazing young people are out there, but they were under-represented in nominations last year.
