Andrew Stephenson (Pendle):HS2 and its supply chain are working together to make sure that the company procures responsibly and minimises any potential impact on the wider availability of skills and materials across the UK. The availability of construction skills and materials is regularly reviewed by High Speed Two (HS2) Limited, Network Rail, Highways England and the Department for Transport.
