Whether you're a keen gardener, take pride in your front door, or have a creative shop window display, there’s a category for you. And this year, we’re excited to introduce a new way to get involved...
Nominate a Neighbour – Best Front Garden
Is there a front garden on your street that makes you smile every time you walk by? You can now nominate a neighbour for the Best Front Garden award! It's a great way to recognise and celebrate someone who brings colour and joy to the community.
Please note: Nominations will only be accepted if the nominee has given their consent to be entered.

Open to all residents, businesses, and schools within the Parish of Wendover.
Key Dates:
Entry deadline: Monday 18 August 2025
Judging period: 18–22 August
Winners announced: Picnic in the Park, 30 August 2025
Entry forms can be submitted by email to estates@wendover-pc.gov.uk or dropped off at the Clock Tower.
Children's Art Competition
Run in partnership with Wendover Community Library, this fun and free competition is open to young artists aged 4–11. Drop-in art sessions are being held at the library on:
Saturday 12 July | 10am–2pm
Saturday 26 July | 10am–2pm
Saturday 9 August | 10am–2pm
All artwork will be displayed in the library from 11–22 August for public voting, with winners announced at Picnic in the Park on 30 August.
