Message from EKFB:
Please find attached an advanced works notice advising of forthcoming closures on Ellesborough Road, the first of which is due to take place from 15 – 27 May.
Subsequent road closures on Ellesborough Road are also scheduled from 19 to 24 June and 26 June to 1 July however these are subject to change based on activity taking place elsewhere on the road network that would take priority over these works. A pedestrian walking route will be maintained throughout all of these works.
The reason for the road closures are to divert utility services beneath the carriageway where the temporary road realignments tie into the current road network at the eastern and western ends. As the road is fairly narrow it is not possible to complete these works are a lane closure. Further information is contained within the attached works notice.
