I have lived in the Chilterns for nearly 30 years, moving from Ley Hill to Chartridge and recently to Wendover. In the past I have been actively involved in the school activities of my children, helping with school trips, sports clubs and events. I am now retired and hence have the time to apply myself to this role. Previously, I have worked as a physiotherapist in the NHS, in private practice and as a consultant. I worked in Higher Education in a variety of roles including Associate Dean for Teaching and Learning and as an Associate for the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education. As well as my professional qualification I have achieved a Doctorate of Education, an MBA, and a PGCert in teaching in Higher Education. I love walking and cycling through the beautiful countryside in which we live. I look forward to contributing to the local community through utilizing the skills I have developed through my work and life experiences.
