Join us for an afternoon of summer fun at Wendover’s much-loved community picnic - a free event for all ages, packed with entertainment, tasty treats, and activities for the whole family.​

  • Market Stalls – Shop from talented local makers, crafters, and small businesses.

To ensure inclusion in the marketing campaign, payment and logos must be received by the end of May, with advertising beginning in June.

Stall Applications

​​​Applications are now open for stalls at Wendover Picnic in the Park, taking place on Saturday 8 August 2026 at Hampden Meadow, Wendover.

​

This popular community event attracts a large local audience and is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your business, organisation, products or food offering.

​

We are currently inviting applications for:

​

  • Community & charity stalls

  • Food & drink vendors

  • General retail stalls

​

Please note:

​

  • Community stalls are free of charge

  • Food & drink and general stalls are £20 per pitch

  • There is no power supply available on site

  • All applications are subject to review and approval

​

Important dates:

​

  • Application deadline: Monday 1 June 2026

  • Successful applicants will be contacted after Monday 8 June 2026
