Stall Applications Now Open for Wendover Summer Picnic 2026

Wendover Parish Council is delighted to announce that stall applications are now officially open for the Wendover Summer Picnic 2026, taking place on Saturday 8 August at Hampden Meadow.

The much-loved annual community event brings together residents, families, local businesses and visitors for a fantastic day of entertainment, food, shopping and summer fun in the heart of Wendover.

We are currently inviting applications from:

• Food & drink vendors

• Local businesses and general stalls

• Community groups, charities and organisations

Food and drink stalls are always a popular part of the event, and we are particularly keen to hear from local traders offering delicious street food, sweet treats, refreshments and unique culinary experiences.

Whether you are an established business, a local maker, or a community organisation looking to raise awareness, the Wendover Summer Picnic offers a wonderful opportunity to connect with the local community and be part of one of the village’s highlight summer events.

Applications close on 1 June 2026, so early applications are encouraged.
