Have Your Say on Proposed Housing Development in Wendover

Plans have been submitted by Rectory Homes for a proposed development of up to 85 new homes on land at Aylesbury Road, Wendover.

This application is currently at the outline stage, which means that the detailed design of the development has not yet been finalised. At this point, the main focus is on the proposed access to the site, including road layout, traffic impact, and entry and exit arrangements.

As part of the planning process, residents have the opportunity to review the proposals and share their views. Feedback is particularly valuable on key issues such as traffic and congestion on Aylesbury Road, road safety, and whether the proposed access is suitable for a development of this size.

Engaging at this early stage is important, as it allows local concerns and insights to be considered before more detailed plans are developed.

The application can be viewed, and comments can be submitted, via the Buckinghamshire Council planning portal: https://publicaccess.buckinghamshire.gov.uk/.../applicati...

The deadline for comments is Wednesday 6 May 2026.

Taking a few minutes to review the plans and provide feedback is a simple but important way to ensure that the views of the Wendover community are taken into account as part of the decision-making process.
