REDUCE
adverse effects of light pollution on our health

Does reducing night-time street lighting impact your safety?

NO.
Over half the local authorities in England and Wales have now adopted Partial Night-time Lighting.
Detailed evidence from 14 years of data across 62 local authorities in England and Wales has revealed that reducing streetlight lighting at night has no resultant increase in car collisions or crime.*
