I was co-opted as a councillor in December 2024. I moved to Wendover in 2020 and previously lived in Great Missenden for 17 years. I have always loved this area of Bucks and my sons went to school in Great Missenden and Amersham. Professionally, I run my own business, a training company covering all aspects of the spoken word, and before that I began my career at Reuters, the international news and financial information services organisation. I am a volunteer for the Bucks Independent Appeals Panel.

As a councillor, I want to use my financial and fundraising background to help secure funding for Wendover and do whatever I can to increase the footfall to our shops, pubs and restaurants along the High Street; expand our facilities for younger people in the area and ensure that Wendover remains a safe and supportive place for the people that need our help most. I would like to work with experts in sustainability to find out what more we can do to reduce our carbon footprint in Wendover.

I have discovered a wealth of incredible experience and expertise within the WPC and I am really looking forward to working with the Chair and the councillors who already have done so much for Wendover.
