08/01 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Apologies for absence were received from Cllrs. Mrs Myers, due to illness.
08/02 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Cllr Gridley declared that he knew the applicants at 56 and 58 Grenville Avenue. Cllr Bowles declared that he knew the applicant at 43 Perry Street
08/03 PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
A member of the public introduced himself as Mr Johnson of 16 Manor Road, Wendover and commented on his retrospective planning application and how the planning guidelines had been interpreted by different members of the Local Planning Authority.

It was AGREED that the minutes were a true record and the Vice Chairman signed them. Proposed by Cllr Gridley, seconded by Cllr Bowles.

08/06 SOUTH EAST PLAN
It was agreed to ask for an extension to the Parish Council response, to the end of May. Cllr Dr King would make sure that it was responded to.
08/07 MATTERS OF REPORT
a) The arrangements for the meeting regarding the Princess Mary Hospital Site were discussed.
b) Cllr Mrs Ballantine believed she knew the owner of the land adjacent to the Library and would pass details to the Clerk, to enable a letter asking that the site be tidied up.
