MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING

held on 16 October 2007
starting at 7.30 pm in Wendover Library Room.

As the Chairman was absent from the meeting, Cllr Mrs Ballantine took the chair. Cllr Mrs Ballantine welcomed Cllrs Mrs Gregory and Lynch to the committee.

08/42 MINUTES OF THE MEETING held on 21 August 2007
It was AGREED that the minutes were a true record and the Chairman then signed them.

08/43 PLANNING APPLICATIONS

07/02641/ALB Replacement of two first floor windows and one ground floor window.
The Parish Council supported the application.

07/02541/APP Erection of 1.8m boundary fence with additional 0.3m decorative trellis
The Parish Council has no objections to the application.

07/02604/APP Two storey side and rear extension and new dormer window to rear.
The Parish Council has no objections to the application.

07/02694/ALB Installation of replacement non-illuminated fascia sign
The Parish Council has no objections to the application.

07/02703/APP First floor side extension
The Parish Council has no objections to the application.

08/44 MATTERS OF REPORT
a. Cllr Mrs Ballantine had contacted the Historic Buildings Officer at AVDC, asking that the demolition and building work being undertaken at the Red Lion be closely monitored.
