MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING

held on 15 January 2008
starting at 7.30 pm in Wendover Library Room.


Present:- Cllrs Mrs Gregory. Wilkinson, Worth
Cllr Mrs McKechnie and one member of the public
Clerk: Fiona Lippmann

As the Chairman and Vice Chair were absent from the meeting, Cllr Wilkinson took the chair.

08/46 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
Cllrs Mrs Ballantine, Lynch and Bowles sent his apologies

08/47 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Cllr Worth declared a personal interest in application 07/03424/APP

08/48 PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
The one member of the public enquired how members made decisions.

08/49 MINUTES OF THE MEETING held 16 October 2007
It was AGREED that the minutes were a true record and the Chairman then signed them.

08/50 PLANNING APPLICATIONS
07/03396/APP Replacement of flat roof with new tiled, pitched roof and conversion of part of garage to residential accommodation; 20 Wendover Heights
The Parish Council had no objections subject to adequate parking

07/03412/APP Erection of replacement greenhouse; Drywick, 91 Ellesborough Road
The Parish Council has no objections to the application.

07/03421/APP Single storey rear extension; 7 The Cedars
The Parish Council has no objections to the application

07/03424/APP Installation of 12m high wind turbine; Wendover Middle School
The Parish Council objected for the following reasons: Visual impact, both on local residents and far reaching views and noise.

07/03428/ALB Temporary dismantling of timber framed wall to allow access for site storage during urgent works notice; 2 Tring Road
The Parish Council has no objections to the application

07/03458/ATC Works to trees; 2 Tring Road
The Parish Council has no objections to the application

07/03511/ATP Works to sycamore; The Windmill; 79 Aylesbury Road
The Parish Council defer the decision of the District Arboriculturalist

07/03305/APP Single storey rear extension, first floor rear extension, new front porch, car port and conversion of roof space into residential accommodation including insertion of dormer windows to side and rear; 16 Forest Close
The Parish Council has no objections to the application
