07/20 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
None were received

07/21 MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 2 May 2006
It was AGREED that the minutes were a true record of the meeting and they were signed by the Chairman. Proposer: Cllr McPartand, seconded by Cllr McKechnie.

07/22 RESPONSIBLE FINANCE OFFICER'S REPORT
a) The RFO requested that funds be made available for safety signs at Hampden Pond. The Committee AGREED that an amount of £1,000 be made available for this purpose. Proposed by Cllr Mrs Myers, seconded by Cllr Mrs McKechnie.

b) The Year End figures for 2005/6 were circulated for perusal by the Council.

c) The RFO requested an additional day's training on the financial software package, due to the last scheduled day being used for Year End closure.

d) The RFO requested that the position of CIO Officer be advertised in the local papers at a cost of £222 for the first week, with a 50% reduction for the second week. This was AGREED. Proposed by Cllr. Mrs Gregory, seconded by Cllr Mrs McKechnie.

There being no further business, the Chairman closed the meeting at 7.45 pm.
