08/32 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

08/33 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
None were declared

08/34 MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 6 August 2007
It was AGREED that the minutes were a true record of the meeting and they were
signed by the Chairman.

08/35 RESPONSIBLE FINANCE OFFICER'S REPORT
The RFO presented her report.

08/36 RECONCILIATION AND CHEQUES FOR PAYMENT
The Chairman reported that he had inspected the invoices for payment against the cheques.
Members considered the list.

The payment for the entertainment on the Manor Waste was discussed. It was perceived
that the contract for the 1 September had not been entirely fulfilled. It was agreed that this
payment would be reduced in line with the performance time delivered.

It was AGREED that the cheques be signed as listed.

There being no further business, the Chairman closed the meeting at 7.40 pm.
