None were declared

08/73 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
None were declared

08/74 MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD on 4 February 2008
It was AGREED that the minutes were a true record of the meeting and they were
signed by the Chairman.

08/75 RESPONSIBLE FINANCE OFFICER'S REPORT
The RFO presented her report.

08/76 RECONCILIATION AND CHEQUES FOR PAYMENT
The Chairman reported that he had inspected the invoices for payment against the cheques.
Members considered the list.
Cllr Mrs Gregory requested confirmation on the calculation of balances. (The RFO has
since circulated a full explanation to all councillors).

08/77 MATTERS OF REPORT
There were no matters of report.

08/78 CLOSURE OF MEETING

There being no further business, the Chairman closed the meeting at 7.40 pm.
