None were declared

08/48 MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 1 October 2007
It was AGREED that the minutes were a true record of the meeting and they were
signed by the Chairman.

08/49 RESPONSIBLE FINANCE OFFICER'S REPORT
The RFO presented her report.

08/50 RECONCILIATION AND CHEQUES FOR PAYMENT
The Chairman reported that he had inspected the invoices for payment against the cheques.
Members considered the list.

It was AGREED that the cheques be signed as listed.

08/49 MATTERS OF REPORT
There were no matters to report

08/50 CLOSURE OF MEETING

There being no further business, the Chairman closed the meeting at 7.35 pm.
